We need time to process your order prior to shipping. This is our usual timeframe:
- 1-4 business days for in-stock website and Facebook ready-to-ship items
- 7-14 business days for made-to-order items
- 2-3 weeks for back-ordered and custom orders
- Processing times may be delayed due to increased order volumes during Final Closeout, New Releases, and Black Friday sales events.
We use USPS and UPS. Deliveries usually take 4-6 business days depending on your shipping method and location. Please understand that processing and shipping times are not guaranteed.
