While we hope that you will love your Kandi, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your eligible website purchase, we will happily accept these items within 30 days of the delivery date for your choice of a refund (minus a restocking fee), store credit, or exchange. All shipping fees are excluded.
Final sale purchases are not eligible for a return/exchange and they include: items with Final Sale in the subject line, mystery bags, and items purchased using a 35% off or more discount code. A complete list of item not eligible for a return/exchange is listed below.
Please note:

Eligible merchandise must not be worn, washed, damaged, or soiled

Eligible merchandise must be free of any perfumes or scents

Eligible merchandise must have all tags attached and returned in original packaging with the bar code

Eligible merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the time your package was delivered (the sooner, the better to ensure availability)
Please do not return any of the following items to us as they will be rejected:

Any item with FINAL SALE in title

Any Mystery Bag item

Any item using a discount code of 35% off or more

Any item discounted 35% off or more

Any custom/costume item

Any item purchased through a third party retailer

Any item delivered past 30 days
If any ineligible item is returned to us outside of our store policy, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to have the item returned back to you. Kandi Kouture will reach out via email with instructions on how to proceed.
Please understand that due to health regulations, Kandi Kouture cannot handle or ship any soiled garments. These items will be discarded and no exchange/refund/store credit will be provided.
